1. The bus will be leaving the school at approx. 9am. Please have your child at school on time for attendance before we all get on the bus.
2. Parents are more than welcome to follow the bus there. Please wait for us in the parking lot to avoid any extra traffic in the halls and the classroom during the schools very busy morning attendance routines.
3. Please ensure that your child has everything listed in the following picture. Especially water, lunch and snacks and a change of clothes.
4. If you will be joining us please also bring lunch and water for yourself. There are lots of picnic tables that may need a wipe before you use them, or you could bring a blanket and picnic on the grass.
5. There is a concession stand if you choose to purchase any food items at the park.
6. When the bus arrives, we will dismiss the children one at a time, to ensure that everyone is taken care of. Please note that if you are taking your child home with you at the end of the trip that you need to let one of us know so we can mark them off in our books.
7. Once there you are free to explore the park as you wish.
