A Drop Of Gold

Today we read the story A Drop Of Gold by Vlasta van Kampen. This is a beautiful story about white birds who are painted and decorated by Mother Nature's friends, using many colours and designs, to make them all different and unique. After we read the story, the students helped me to decorate my own white bird. I asked the children to think about how they would like to decorate their own bird, as we will be doing some tomorrow. Some friends said they wanted to practice at home tonight. Great work today!
