Report Cards

Yesterday report cards went home with our SK students. JK students do not receive report cards until June. Please sign and return the attached Parent Page, as well as the white envelope, as we will reuse the same envelope again in June. Thank you for your cooperation!

Learning can be fun!

On Friday we played one of our favourite games, colour squares! The students are asked to listen closely to the instructions and follow along. It's also a great way to explore colour recognition and get moving for a few minutes. 

Frozen Yogurt and Milk

We have sent home your child's money from the last 2 days, as there was no frozen yogurt or milk to purchase. Hopefully sales will continue on Monday. Thank you!

Class News

Groundhog Day

We had a lot of fun yesterday discussing Groundhog Day! The students were given the opportunity to make their own Groundhog. Thus allowed them to work on their fine motor skills like cutting and tracing while still having fun. We saw some great work happening throughout the day! 

Estimating

Today we did some estimating! The students made their best estimates of how many 'snowballs' were in the bag. They were then asked to do a little homework to find out what their parents estimation is! 

Class News

We just wanted to give you a heads up that there are a few important items in your child's mail bag today. First our co-op student, Miss. Laura, brought in treat bags for all of our students to enjoy at home. 

Second, there is a note explaining how the students will be getting pancakes from our Catholic School Council on Tuesday February 9th. Please note that you only need to return the form if you DO NOT want your child to have pancakes.
